Capers : Cappero

Place the seeds (foil container) in a dry container in the fridge for six weeks. Remove packet and rub one side of the seed a few times on an emery board. Then soak in warm water over night.

Plant in a moist cacti or succulent mix. Insulate seed tray with damp newspaper and keep warm until germination begins (can take a while).

Use in anti-pasto or added to pasta dishes.
